Ingredients:
 g Coconut Milk, Unsweetened, Thai Kitchen
 g Chia seeds - whole
 ml Oil, MCT - Nestle (measure in gm)
 g Extract, Imitation Vanilla (with alcohol)

Directions:

whisk MCT and chia needs into coconut milk and soak overnight. flavor with artificial sweetener or liquid stevia and vanilla extract
