Ingredients:
 g Zucchini, with skin - raw
 g Cheese, Mascarpone - BelGioioso
 g Bouillon, Wylers Instant-Beef/Chick granules
 ml Water
 g Butter - European

Directions:

Gemüse klein schneiden, andünsten und mit Wasser und Bouillon-Pulver ablöschen. Anschließend pürieren.
