Chef Rachel's Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients:
 g Almond Flour (whole ground blanched almonds)
 g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 powder - Nutricia
 g Baking soda - (sodium bicarbonate)
 g Truvia Natural Sweetener - 1 packet weighs 3.5gm
 g Butter
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Extract, Pure Vanilla
 g Chocolate Morsels Semi Sweet - Nestle T. House

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix all ingredients together.
Allow to absorb moisture for 10 minutes.
Divide into balls and flatten slightly on parchment lined baking pan
Bake for
10-15 minutes until cookies are lightly browned and dried out.
Remove and allow to cool
Serve calculated amount.
