Chocolate Candy

Ingredients:
 g Butter
 g Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips (User-Added*)
 g Swerve Powdered Sweetener (User-Added*)
 g Cocoa, Hershey's (unsweetened)
 ml Formula: KetoCal 4:1 LQ (measure in mL) Nutricia

Directions:

1.) In small saucepan, and over very low heat, melt butter, Lily's chocolate, and powdered Swerve, stirring constantly, until smooth.
2.) Stir in cocoa powder, continually stirring until smooth.
3.) Remove from heat. Let cool for 5 minutes. Then add 10 drops vanilla flavored liquid Stevia, and stir well.
4.) Take approximately 1 TB. of mixture out and blend with KetoCal in separate bowl until well mixed. Then add slowly back into mixture and stir well.
5.) Let cool for 5 minutes.
6.) Pour into candy molds or spread parchment paper onto a cookie sheet and spread evenly.
7.) Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set. Keep in refrigerator or cooler, as it will begin to soften at room temperature for extended periods.
