KetoCal® Tomato Sauce (MAD)

Ingredients:
 11g 2 tbsp. Ketocal 3:1 powder
 1.5g ¼ tsp garlic paste
 17.5g ¼ cup mushrooms, white, raw, chopped
 4g 1 tsp olive oil
 10g 1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp spring onions or scallions, tops and bulbs, chopped
 2.7g ½ tsp tomato paste
 36.9g 2 tbsp. plus 1 tsp tomatoes, canned, diced

Directions:

  1. Place the olive oil, garlic puree, spring onions, mushrooms and tomato puree in a pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped tinned tomatoes and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Ketocal until dissolved.

Chef’s Tips: Try adding mixed herbs or oregano to add more flavor!
