Ingredients:
 g Broccoli, raw then steamed
 g Bacon, cooked crisp - Oscar Mayer
 g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 LQ (measure in mL) Nutricia
  Mayo - Real Mayonnaise - Kraft

Directions:

  1.  Before packing: Mix bacon, chopped broccoli and mayo. 
  2.  At school: Eat broccoli salad with a spoon, sip on KetoCal LQ
