g Cauliflower, raw
g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
g Cheese, Kraft Cheddar (mild,medium,sharp)
g Onions - Green, tops only
g Sour Cream - cultured (not low-fat)
g Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Brand
Nutrition Information (for entire recipe):
Mix KetoCal 3:1 powder with cream cheese, sour cream.
Stir in cauliflower, cheese and green onions. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Place mixture in a ramekin and bake for 30-40 minutes.
