St Paddy's day milkshake
ml Formula: KetoCal 4:1 LQ (measure in mL) Nutricia
ml DaVinci Gourmet® sugarfree syrup, Peppermint Paddy (User-Added*)
Nutrition Information (for entire recipe):
- Add the Peppermint Paddy syrup to your KetoCal LQ (preferably unflavored but tastes great with the Vanilla as well) to reach your desired level of minty chocolate goodness, then add it to a blender
- Add several ice cubes
- Blend until smooth
- Top with optional keto-friendly whipped cream (heavy cream mix with carb-free sweetener, whipped).
Tip: A holiday-themed cup or straw goes a long way in making shakes or smoothies fun for kids!
Note: You could also make this shake with either the KetoCal 3:1 Powder or KetoCal 4:1 Powder (recipe will be at a 3:1 and 4:1 ratio, respectively). Just prepare the formula with water as normal, then blend with the peppermint paddy syrup and ice cubes.
