Kara's Keto Yogurt

Ingredients:
 g Cream, 36%
 g Sour Cream - cultured (not low-fat)
 g Truvia Natural Sweetener - 1 packet weighs 3.5gm
 g Strawberries - raw

Directions:


This makes a keto yogurt.  It could be sweetened with Walden Farms Syrup. 
Whip the cream and fold in the sour cream and sweetener.  Mix in or top with fruit.
You can freeze this as a frozen yogurt or eat it cold.
Add more protein if added to a meal, but this is a good way to use the cream and get fat in daily.  Fruit can be adjusted based on carb intake desired
