KetoCal® Cinnamon and Blueberry Toast (3:1)- Made Using KetoCal 4:1 Powder

Description: This recipe is for patients following a 3:1 ketogenic diet. The ketogenic diet should only be used under close medical supervision. Always check with your health care professional to ensure that a recipe is appropriate.

Ingredients:
 g Blueberries, frozen unsweetend
 g Butter
 g Cream, 36%
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Baking Powder - Calumet (Kraft)
 g Cinnamon, ground
 ml Water
 g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 powder - Nutricia

Directions:

  1.  Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2.  Mix the KetoCal, cream, baking powder, sweetener and water together in a bowl
  3.  Melt the butter and add to the mixture
  4.  Chop the blueberries into small pieces and add to the mixture
  5.  Add a pinch of cinnamon to the mixture
  6.  Place the mixture on to a sheet of baking/parchment paper
  7.  Spread out thinly into a 6” square
  8.  Cook in the oven at 350°F for 10 minutes or until golden brown
