Description: This tasty Asian dip can be transformed into soup by adding water, a salad dressing.  Freeze and roll in chopped peanuts.  Serve with cucumbers, peppers, carrots and pork rinds as classic Thai dip.

Ingredients:
 g Peanut Butter, Creamy Natural - Skippy
 g Oil emulsion - Liquigen (MCT) - Nutricia
 g Soy sauce, Kikkoman Naturally Brewed
 g Cilantro - fresh, raw
 g Basil - fresh, raw
 g Onions, spring or scallions (tops and bulb) - raw
 g Oil, Coconut - unrefined (regular or organic)

Directions:

  1. Weigh ingredients
  2. Blend together well
Ideas for use:
  • Serve as a dip
  • Freeze, roll into balls, cover with nuts
  • Use as a soup base, add water
