Chef Rachel's Chicken Nuggets-3:1

 g Baking Powder - Calumet (Kraft)
 g Chicken, breast, no skin - cooked
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Oil, Olive
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
 g Mayonnaise, Hellmann's/Best Foods


  1. Weigh and measure out all the ingredients. 
  2. Mix all ingredients except for oil 
  3. Place ingredients (except oil) food processor or in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. 
  5. Blend well. 
  6. Add oil to a heated non-stick skillet 
  7. Drop chicken batter into hot oil and brown on both sides
  8. Serve calculated amount.
