Chef Rachel's Faux Tator Tots- 3:1

 g Cauliflower, raw
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
 g Oil, Canola


Preheat oven to 350F.
Use a silicone mini muffin pan.

  1. Grate the florets of cauliflower and weigh
  2. Mix cauliflower with egg, KetoCal powder and oil.
  3. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper and dried herbs if desired.
  4. Divide mixture between the mini muffin pan.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.  Turn the faux tator tots over and bake for another 10 minutes,
  6. Serve calculated amount.
