Chef Rachel's KetoCal Cheese Sauce (2.1:1)

Ingredients:
 g Cheese, Kraft Cheddar (mild,medium,sharp)
 g Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Brand
 ml Formula: KetoCal 4:1 LQ (measure in mL) Nutricia

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add cheddar cheese, cream cheese and ½ of the KetoCal 4:1 LQ (10 g) 
  2. Heat until smooth, add remaining KetoCal 4:1 LQ Unflavored (10 g) and heat until slightly thick. 
  3. Season with salt and a small amount of dry mustard powder.
