Portabello Mushroom Cap Pizza's w/Pepperoni

Ingredients:
 g Mushrooms, portabella - raw
 g Basil Pesto, Kroger brand
 g Cheese, Parmesan Hard
 g Pepperoni, Hormel Original - giant or regular
 g Lettuce, Iceburg
 g Cucumber, peeled - raw

Directions:

Place two portobello mushroom caps on a baking sheet 
1Tbsp of pesto on each cap and spread to cover the inside of the cap
14g of cheese on each cap
13g of chopped pepperoni on each cap


Serve w/iceberg lettuce salad and 2tbsp of WF dressing.
