KetoCal® Mushroom and Spinach Curry (3:1)

 g Garlic paste - Amore
 g Oil, Olive
 g Peppers, green - raw
 g Spinach - raw
 g Onions, spring or scallions (tops and bulb) - raw
 g Tomato puree, Contadina canned
 g Tomatoes - canned, diced
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
 g Curry powder
 g Mushrooms -white - raw


  1. Heat the oil in a pan
  2. Add the mushroom, pepper, spring onions, tomato puree and garlic puree to the pan and cook on a medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped tinned tomatoes, curry powder and spinach and cook for 5 minutes on a low heat
  4. Mix the Ketocal 3:1 powder into the curry sauce and serve
