KetoCal® Cinnamon and Blueberry Toast (MAD)

This recipe is for patients following a modified Atkins diet (MAD). MAD should only be done under medical supervision. Always consult with your health care professional to ensure a recipe is appropriate for your prescribed diet. 

Household measurements are based on the USDA values for grams in household measurements. All nutritional values are calculated in ketocalculator using the household measurement’s corresponding gram weight. 

 29g 1/3 cup Ketocal 3:1
 10ml 2 tsp whole milk
 15.2g 1 Tbsp. eggs, raw, mixed well
 2.5g ½ tsp water
 2g ½ tsp baking powder
 2g 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  Carbohydrate-free sweetener
 9.3g 1 Tbsp. blueberries, raw


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F
  2. Mix the Ketocal, milk, baking powder, egg, optional carb-free sweetener and water
  3. Chop the blueberries into small pieces and add to the mixture
  4. Place the mixture on a sheet of baking/parchment paper
  5. Spread out thinly in to a 6” square
  6. Cook at 350 °F for 10 minutes or until golden
