Chef Rachel's Croquetas de Jamon Serrano

Description: Ham croquettes adapted from the Spanish Favorite

Ingredients:
 g coconut flour
 g Butter
 g Oil, Olive
 g Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Brand
 g Ham, Jamon Serrano (User-Added*)
 g Onions - raw
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Almond Flour (whole ground blanched almonds)

Directions:


Melt butter and saute onions, until soft.
Mix butter, onion mixture into cream cheese and add ham, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg 
Refrigerate.
Shape into croquette
Coat each croquette with coconut flour
Dip into egg mixture, and then roll in almond meal
Heat oil and fry the ham croquettes until brown on all sides.

Can serve with mayonnaise to increase ratio.
