Chef Rachel's KetoCal Gummies

Description: using different silicone molds or containers and make these gummies a fun addition to meals or snacks.

Ingredients:
 g Cream, 36%
 g Gelatin, Knox - unflavored (powder) original
 g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 LQ Unflavored - Nutricia
 ml Water

Directions:

Additional items:
Few drops of food color (red and green makes great earthworm colors)
stevia drops : mixed berry flavor (is yummy)
Directions:
Place gelatin in bowl, add water and stir well.
Allow gelatin to soften for 5 minutes.
Heat in microwave or over a water bath for a few minutes, until mixture is liquid.
Add KetoCal LQ and cream. Stir to combine well.
Add the food coloring and flavoring of choice
Pour into molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Pop out of mold and serve calculated amount. 
Refrigerate any left.
