Guac and Roll-ketoU2018 fatbomb adapted

Description: Roll with flavors of  Bacon, sun dried tomato, cilantro and spices with this version of guacamole.
Can serve this with cucumbers or roll in smoked salmon as a version of sushi.

Ingredients:
 g Avocado, California or Mexico (Hass)
 g Tomato Paste - Sun Dried - Amore (in a tube)
 g Bacon - Side pork, not cured or sweetened - fried
 g Onions, spring or scallions (tops and bulb) - raw
 g Cilantro - fresh, raw
 g Mayonnaise, Hellmann's/Best Foods

Directions:

  1. Weigh all ingredients.
  2. Mash avocado and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Season with pinch of garlic and onion powder, ground cumin and salt and pepper.
Serve in avocado shell, on top of a cucumber slice, or use as a dip with cucumber
