KetoCal® Green Pepper and Tomato Soup (3:1)

 g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 LQ (measure in mL) Nutricia
 g Oil, Olive
 g Peppers, green - raw
 g Bouillon, Wylers Instant-Beef/Chick granules
 g Tomato puree, Contadina canned
 g 10%Fruit


  1. Place peppers, garlic, tomato puree and oil into a pan and sweat for 4 minutes
  2. Dissolve the stock cube in 70 g (mL) of hot water
  3. Add the stock and canned tomatoes to the vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes
  4. Add the Ketocal LQ Unflavored to the soup and heat for a further 1 minute
  5. Blend soup using a blender until smooth
