 g Cucumber, peeled - raw
 ml Formula: KetoCal 4:1 LQ (measure in mL) Nutricia
 g Mayo - Real Mayonnaise - Kraft
 g 10%Fruit

Directions:

  1. Before packing: Mix mayo and ranch to make dip. 
  2. At school: Dip sliced cucumbers in dip, sip on KetoCal LQ
