 g Onions - raw
 g Peppers, green - raw
 g Tomato paste - canned
 g Grapes, Green or Red (seedless)
 g Vinegar, white distilled
 g Beef, ground 85% lean - cooked
 g Olives, green (canned or bottled)
 g Oil, Olive


Saute the onions and Peppers in the olive oil til tender. Add the ground beef and brown. Add the tomato paste, vinager and a little bit of water to desired consistency. Add olives and grapes both chopped in pieces. Also add salt, pepper, cinnimon, Bay leaf, oregano or any other allowable spice you desire in small amounts Cook until flavors blend and consistency is desirable.
