Chef Rachel's Ham and Cheese Quiche (3:1)-BATCH

Ingredients:
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
 g Cheese, Kraft Cheddar (mild,medium,sharp)
 g Ham, Oscar Meyer Naturals Smoked Ham
 g Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Brand
 g Oil, Canola
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 ml Water

Directions:

  1.  Preheat the oven to 325 °F
  2.  Beat the eggs, mix in KetoCal 3:1, water and oil and cream cheese.
  3.  Chop up the ham and shred cheese and stir into egg mixture,
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5.  Bake at 325°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
