Keto Soft Taco with Beef & Guacamole (3:1)

Ingredients:
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Mayonnaise, Hellmann's/Best Foods
 g Chili Powder
 g Beef, ground 70% lean - cooked
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
 g Seeds, Cumin
 g Cream, 36%
 g Avocado, California or Mexico (Hass)
 g Butter
 ml Water

Directions:




Instructions
  For soft taco tortilla:
1. Melt the butter and stir in the eggs and cream.
2. Add the 3:1 Ketocal and water into the mixture; Blend well.
3. Spray a small frying pan with oil (or melt butter in the pan) and warm to a medium heat
4. Add batter to pan and flatten and spread with your spatula to make a flat round shape
5. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook other side (like you would cook a pancake)
For filling:
1) Brown beef
2) Measure your 20 g portion, then add chili powder, cumin, and salt & pepper to taste.
3) In a small bowl, mix avocado (chopped or mashed) with mayo to form guacomole; add salt & pepper to taste.
4) Fill soft taco with beef then spoon guacomole on top. Fold and enjoy!
Tip: You can add additional toppings like lettuce, fresh cilantro, hot sauce, cheese, tomatoes, sour cream, etc. but be sure to account for them in your carb allowance. Speak with your healthcare provider if you need assistance.
