KetoCal® 4:1 Cheese and Tomato Wrap (4:1)

 g Tomato Paste - Sun Dried - Amore (in a tube)
 g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 powder - Nutricia
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Cream, 40%
 g Garlic paste - Amore
 g Butter
 g Oil, Olive
 g Cheese, Parmesan Grated (100%)
 ml Water


  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F 
  2. Mix together the cream, parmesan cheese, KetoCal 4:1 Powder, sundried tomato puree, garlic puree and eggs
  3. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture
  4. Add the water and mix until a smooth paste is formed
  5. You can then cook this in 2 ways:                                                                                        
    1. Using a small frying pan, spread out half of the mixture and flip this just like a pancake 
    2. Spread out the mixture onto a greased baking tray or parchment paper, then bake at 375 °F for 10 minutes or until golden brown
  6. Once cooked, place the wrap onto a cool, wire tray
