KetoCal® Gingerbread Cookies (3:1)

Description: This recipe is for patientsfollowing a 3:1 ketogenic diet. The ketogenic diet should only be used underclose medical supervision. Always check with your health care professional toensure that a recipe is appropriate.

 g Butter
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Cloves, ground
 g Ginger, ground
 g Cinnamon, ground
 g Flour, Coconut - Bob's Red Mill Organic Hi Fiber
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA


  1.  Preheat oven to 325º F 
  2.  Melt the weighed butter then allow to cool slightly.
  3.  Stir the raw, mixed egg into butter.
  4.  Add carb-free sweetener, to taste
  5.  Weigh the dry ingredients then mix together until well blended.
  6.  Stir egg/butter mixture into dry ingredients.
  7.  Divide batter into 10 small balls then press each into a circle on a nonstick cookie sheet. You may also use a cookie cutter to form cookies by pressing the dough into the inside of the cutter to mold into shape.
  8.  Bake cookies at 325º F for 8 minutes.
  9.  Store cookies in a sealed container. Cookies may be frozen up to 1 month.
