 g Shellfish; shrimp - steamed
 g Seaweed sheets - Nori (lavar)
 g Avocado, California or Mexico (Hass)
 g Sauce, pepper or hot sauce
 g Mayonnaise, Hellmann's/Best Foods
 g Soy sauce, Kikkoman Naturally Brewed
 g Cream, 36%


Chop shrimp, slice avocado and roll in Nori. Slice into rolls. Mix cream, Mayo and soy sauce. Drizzle over rolls. Use Hot sauce if desired.
