Stacey's Cream of Mushroom & Chicken Soup

 g Mushrooms -white - raw
 g Onions, spring or scallions (tops and bulb) - raw
 g Chicken breast - raw (no skin)
 g Garlic paste - Amore
 g Bouillon, Wylers Instant-Beef/Chick granules
 g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 LQ Unflavored - Nutricia
 g Cream, 36%
 g Butter
 g Oil, Olive


Sauté onions in oil and butter until translucent. Add mushrooms and sauté until tender. Add cooked chicken and heat. Add water to feasible amount for intake. Heat to boil. Add bouillon and simmer until desired doneness. Finish with cream and Ketocal stirring until warm.
