Chef Rachel's 3:1 Sweet Fauxtatoes

Description: Mashing sweet potato and cauliflower is a great way to still have the sweet potato flavor on the keto diet.  Add a pinch of cinnamon for the holiday touch.

 g Cauliflower, cooked
 g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 LQ Unflavored - Nutricia
 g Butter
 g Sweet Potatoes - cooked


1. In a small saucepan, heat KetoCal 4:1 LQ with butter and cooked cauliflower and sweet potato until hot.
2. Carefully place ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
3. Season with salt and pepper and a pinch of ground cinnamon.
