Caroline's 4:1 Mashed Fauxtatoes

Description: Mashed cauliflower is a great alternative to mashed potatoes.  Add cheese, bacon and a few scallions to make twice baked fauxtatoe casserole.

 g Cauliflower, cooked
 g Cream, 36%
 g Butter


1. In a small saucepan, heat cream with butter and cooked cauliflower until hot.
2. Carefully place ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
