 g Baking Powder - Calumet (Kraft)
 g Banana, fresh
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Peanut Butter, Simply Jif
 g Oil, Canola
 g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 powder - Nutricia

Preheat oven to 350 F

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor or mix in a bowl.
Bake in oiled muffin tins at 350 F for 18 minutes
