Chef Rachel's Pizza Muffin 3:1

Description: All in one fun that mimics pizza rolls.  Calculate additional ingredient to fit favorite pizza flavors.

 g Basil, dried
 g Tomato paste - canned
 g Baking Powder - Calumet (Kraft)
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Cheese, Parmesan Hard
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
 g Oil, Olive


Preheat oven to 350 F

Spray regular or mini muffin pan.

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor, except for cheese.

Blend until smooth.  Add a pinch of dried Italian seasoning and garlic salt,

Divide between 2 muffin cavities or between mini muffin cavities.

Bake: For regular muffin: 15-18 minutes

          For mini muffin size: 8-12 minutes

Remove and allow to cool.
