Description: A 3:1 400 calorie meal that is great for lunch and on the go. 

 g Egg Yolk- cooked
 g Egg White - cooked
 g Mayonnaise - Duke's
 g Celery - raw
 ml Oil, MCT - Nestle (measure in gm)
 g Apple, raw - without skin


Mix chopped apple and egg with mayo and MCT. Serve on celery.
