Beef, Carrots and Noodles in a Coconut Curry Sauce

 g Oil, Canola
 g Carrots, raw
 g Beef, raw ground 90% lean
 g Spaghetti Shirataki,Pasta Zero Plus - Nasoya
 g Coconut Milk, Unsweetened, Thai Kitchen
 g Curry powder


Heat canola oil in a non-stick pan. Add carrots and beef and cook until carrots are crisp-tender and beef is no longer pink. Add coconut milk and curry powder and simmer for a minute or two. Season with salt to taste.
