Chef Rachel's Apple Crisp-3:1

Description: Classic dessert adjusted for the ketogenic diet

 g Apple, raw - without skin
 g Cream, 36%
 g Cinnamon, ground
 g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 powder - Nutricia
 g Almond Flour (whole ground blanched almonds)
 g Butter


Preheat oven to 350 F
Chop or slice apple and place in bottom of ramekin or small baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, then pour cream over apples and cinnamon.
Mix KetoCal 4:1 powder with Almond Flour and Butter until crumbly.
Place mixture on top of apple and bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes.
remove and allow to cool.
