g Cheese, Kraft Cheddar (mild,medium,sharp)
g Ham, Oscar Meyer Naturals Smoked Ham
g Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Brand
g Oil, Canola
g Egg (raw, mixed well)
Nutrition Information (for entire recipe):
- Preheat the oven to 325 °F
- Beat the eggs, mix in KetoCal 3:1, water and oil and cream cheese.
- Chop up the ham and shred cheese and stir into egg mixture,
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake at 325°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
