Chef Rachel's Chocolate Pudding-MAD recipe

Description: Easy dessert or snacks that even the patients can make

Ingredients:
 g Pudding powder Kraft FatFr/SugarFr Inst.Chocolate
 g Oil, Canola
 ml Formula: KetoCal 4:1 LQ (measure in mL) Nutricia

Directions:

Ingredients: 

2 tsp (5.3 g) Pudding powder, Kraft, fat free/sugar free, chocolate, instant

1 tsp (4.5 g) oil, canola

32 mL KetoCal LQ (Unflavored or Vanilla)


Directions: 

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Whisk for 2 minutes.

Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes
