Description: Italian inspired guacamole appetizer fat bomb.

Ingredients:
 g Avocado, California or Mexico (Hass)
 g Cucumber, raw, with peel
 g Olives, black (small to extra large)
 g Tomato Paste - Sun Dried - Amore (in a tube)

Directions:

  1. Weigh ingredients.
  2. Mix avocado, with chopped olives, and sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Season with garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Divide on cucumber slices.
  5. Refrigerate before serving.
  6. Makes 2- 93 calorie portions.
