KetoCal® Cream of Mushroom Soup (3:1)

Description: This recipe is for patients following a 3:1 ketogenic diet. The ketogenic diet should only be used under close medical supervision. Always check with your health care professional to ensure that a recipe is appropriate.

 g Bouillon, Wylers Instant-Beef/Chick granules
 g Formula: KetoCal 4:1 LQ (measure in mL) Nutricia
 g Garlic paste - Amore
 g Mushrooms -white - raw
 g Oil, Olive
 g Onions, spring or scallions (tops and bulb) - raw
 ml Water


  1. Sauté the spring onions, mushrooms and garlic in a  saucepan with the oil for about 5 minutes
  2. Dissolve the stock cube in 70 g (mL) of hot water
  3. Add the stock to the saucepan  and simmer for 10 minutes
  4. Add the Ketocal LQ Unflavored to the soup and heat for a further 1 minute
  5. Blend soup using a blender until smooth
