KetoCal® Cheese Pizza (3:1)

Description: This recipe is for patients following a 3:1 ketogenic diet. The ketogenic diet should only be used under close medical supervision. Always check with your health care professional to ensure that a recipe is appropriate.

Makes:  1x 6 inch pizza

 g Tomato Paste - Sun Dried - Amore (in a tube)
 g Formula: KetoCal powder 3:1 Nutricia NA
 g Cheese, Kraft Cheddar (mild,medium,sharp)
 g Egg (raw, mixed well)
 g Garlic paste - Amore
 g Oil, Olive
 g Tomatoes - canned, diced
 ml Water


  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F
  2. Mix the Ketocal 3:1 powder together with the olive oil, beaten eggs and water in a bowl
  3. Spread the mixture onto baking/parchment paper or a lightly greased baking sheet in a 6” circle


  1. Place the remaining ingredients into a bowl and mix together to make the pizza topping.
  2. Place the mixture on top of the base and spread it out evenly leaving a space of about 1 inch around the side without any topping on
  3. Sprinkle with the mixed herbs
  4. Cook at 325°F for 15 minutes or until golden
