3:1 Egg Salad with Apple and MCT, served on celery

Ingredients:
 g Egg Yolk- cooked
 g Egg White - cooked
 g Mayonnaise - Duke's
 g Celery - raw
 ml Oil, MCT - Nestle (measure in gm)
 g Apple, raw - without skin

Directions:

Mix chopped apple and egg with mayo and MCT. Serve on celery.
